Cancellation & Refund Policy

Scope

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for consultancy services provided by Sarom Business Solutions. Specific terms for each engagement are also stated in the individual engagement agreement and invoice.

Before an application is filed

If you cancel an engagement before we have filed the application with the relevant authority, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis after deducting any government fees already paid and the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

After an application is filed

Once an application has been filed, government fees are generally non-refundable. Any refund of consultancy fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the work completed.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Note

Approval decisions and timelines are made by the relevant government authorities. We cannot issue refunds for fees or charges imposed by government bodies, nor for outcomes the authorities decide.
